This website aims to facilitate and encourage collaboration between Student Teachers and Teacher Educators across Europe on key topics in Initial Teacher Education (ITE). We use shared Padlets and projects on eTwinning to connect with international students and colleagues across Europe.
Under News we will also share activities and experiences from the project called International@home, which involves student teachers and teacher educators from pedagogy and foreign languages in ITE at the University of Agder in Norway. The main aim of the project is to ensure international experiences and perspectives for Norwegian student teachers without going abroad.
How to join:
If you’re interested in giving your student teachers the opportunity to discuss and reflect on key topics with international peer students, you can have your students reflect in a shared Padlet and/or take part in an eTwinning project. The topics we focus on are:
- Adapted learning
- Critical thinking
- Intercultural communication
- Selfregulated learning
- School and society
You will find more information about each topic by clicking on them.
